Hello! I am 27 years old, a graduate of UC Berkeley where I studied the Integration of Eastern and Western Medicinal Philosophy. I have competed as a gymnast, and (quite a bit!) internationally as an Equestrian Vaulter. I am certified as a Yoga Instructor and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I can't wait to share my excitement for healthy active living with YOU!
