The perfect class to get you in the right state of mind before heading off for vaulting, gymnastics or sports practice! Set your intention and tune in, taking a moment to appreciate all that your body allows you do to before heading off to your next physical venture! This class will leave you feeling grounded, focused and hopefully inspired! 

Intro to Yoga: Basic Lower Body Opening & Stetching

This video walks you through a series of simple poses that will help with lower body flexibility. You can integrate this sequence into your regular fitness regimine to help with having more open quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, and glutes. This will help with injury prevention, especially for common injuries in the knees and hamstrings. My goal is to help you learn to ENJOY the process of stretching, with a few breathing exercises and ways to be mindful as you open up your body.
